Why am I not getting any response?

Question

Recently I responded to questions regarding the ancestry of William Manuel Engelbrecht. I have information about him and his family. Wondering why noone is responding.

Hi Harry,

Just a quick message to explain that as G2G is all volunteer covered and people who may be able to answer your question might be off doing other things. Have you tried mailing the profile manager? Even then there could be lots of reasons why you don't get a response, have you considered joining WikiTree?

Here in the northeast part of the country many have power outages because of the hurricane that passed through Sunday 10/28 to Monday 10/30.  Could well be the reason for no response.

Keep safe all you folks over 'the pond' on the east coast, watching on the news - looks frightening, and  know the aftermath will be horrendous but also know you will get through it - good luck to you all.
