How to adopt an orphaned profile of a deceased person born less than 200 years ago [closed]

I came across a profile for a cousin of mine.  It's orphaned, but the system won't let me adopt him.  Is there a way to allow me to adopt him so that I can add to his profile?

Edited to add:  Several of his siblings have the same issue -- they're dead and have no profile manager.  If you could perhaps add me as manager to all of them, I would like to take over these cousins.  Thanks.

Darlene, the profile is private, therefore even though it invites you to adopt it, that's only teasing you (as you discovered).  The current rules require profiles to be open if they are born more than 150 years ago or died more than 100 years ago, so this one isn't old enough for an open profile request - too bad, that's so fast and easy.  The only way is to write to info @ (without spaces).
