It appears that the two records you linked are for the same person and the first has a typo on the year of birth. The 1745 is probably supposed to be 1735. If both records are for the same person and there is a typo, then the problem is that the profile has the year of birth based on the wrong date and should be 10 years earlier. A marriage in 1755 when she was 20 years old sounds about right.

Sudbury and Concord are only about 6 miles apart. Back in the 18th century the two were probably synonymous. This lends further credence to the idea that the two records are for one person.
