Comment Limit

Question

What is the limit to the number of comments per day?  It seems to be very low (~2?).  Between the limits on comments, and on private messages, not being in a trusted list makes it very hard to make progress on merging and inquiring about profiles.

Would it be possible to relax these limits?  I understand it is due to spammers, but the limits seem too low as is.

Depending on the privacy settings, consider profile-linked G2G questions as a way to collaborate.

I'm not sure how the G2G feed works.  If I submit a question for a profile, will the profile manager be alerted automatically, or would they need to go to G2G to see that somone had posted something for one of their profiles?

its 10 private messages a day, I dont believe their is a limit on commets on the profile

I suspect Sharon is referring to bulletin board posts, where there is also a limit of 10 per day, similar to the limit on private messaging.

Comments on bulletin boards send an email message so they are essentially the same thing.
