Anyone know a program that can print everyone in a GEDCOM?

Hi

Many years ago I had a little prog that would take a GEDCOM and print every last person in it all properly formatted as one humongous tree. It was in the days of dot matrix printers and continuous paper. Sure you could hear the rainforests scream every time you hit print but I wondered if anyone knew of a similar program round now.

Progs nowadays just seem to give all BLOOD relatives up or down. I want their spouses family trees to print too etc etc

You can used FTM (family tree maker) to do this. The function is "All in One tree". Just import a Gedcom and then under tree charts select All-in-one tree.

I'm not sure about this but two ideas. Acrobat Pro or FTM under the publish tab, person reports.

Not exactly, however, if your using MyHeritage Family tree builder there is a report which does show all the tree's one family at a time in addition to a ton of other information.  You may be able to print only the family tree section, not sure.
