Open the edit screen for the image, and scroll down the left side till you see: People & Things in the Image:
Listed there are the profiles that the image is on, with the option to Remove them , You will then see the padlock turn Red The picture will vanish during a future update of the system.
eta: If you message the FAG person that uploaded the image, asking for permission to use it, they will usually grant that. I include a link to the WikiTree profile where I will be using the pic. Have not had anyone say no so far, and once they started emailing me more pictures, and then joined WikiTree.
