Trying to find possible birth place and father for Greogy Emmerson

Gregory Emmerson married 15 April 1799 to Milicent Keetley at Saint Mary, Nottingham, Nottingham, England.

Their son, William Emmerson was born 30 March 1800 and Christened at Saint Mary, Nottingham, Nottingham, England.

I have found a 1799 marriage for Gregory and Milicent:

"England Marriages, 1538–1973 ," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NKMT-SMZ : 10 February 2018), Gregory Emmerson and Milicent Keetley, 15 Apr 1799; citing Saint Mary,Nottingham,Nottingham,England, reference , index based upon data collected by the Genealogical Society of Utah, Salt Lake City; FHL microfilm 503,799, 503,800, 503,801.

but this would have made them both 51, so possibly unlikely, unless Milicent was born later than 1748!

The George Emmerson (son of John and Sarah) born in 1773 died in 1774. He's not the later Gregory.

So the later George was probably born in Nottingham or did they migrate from somewhere before 1748 because I can't find any birth place for him??
