The Connection and Relationship finders did not find a relationship or connection between the two men.

If you go to the upper right of this page and click on Find, then take the menu down to Connections you can check this out for any two individuals.

Most likely not. Hezekiah's Alexander line has a well-documented Scottish haplogroup (see https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/940537/any-y-dna-test-takers-for-alexander-2666s-line ), while Hiram's descendants are E-M35 - quite distinct.
