OK, so it is Saint-Germain-Laxis, which the priest heard as "la sime". It was indeed part of évêché de Sens according to this list. This is confirmed since the baptism of Jean's sister can be found there, as noted in fichier origine.
I think the LNAB of Migneault-30/Labrie-482 should be Mignot. The earliest available document with his name is the 1689 marriage record where it is spelled Mignot, and his sister's baptism also has Mignot.
His father Labrie-13 also has a bad LNAB, his death date is wrong (it is his son's marriage) and his death place "Sens, Saône-et-Loire" is nonsense. The attached parents are unsourced and unlikely.
Same problem with his mother Chazou-1, LNAB should be Chaillou (Jean's marriage record has been read as Chazou, but that's not so clear, il could be Chaiou), and death info is wrong.
