How do you delete names of people who I know are NOT in my DNA if my mother was adopted?

While looking at my DNA here on WikiTree I see names I know are not in my DNA because they are the adoptive parents of my mother. She did not have her DNA done and there were no siblings.

Carol, all you need to do is click Edit on your mother's page and then click the button that says 'father is non-biological' and 'mother is non-biological'. That will sever the DNA connections.

The answer is that you don't? If you have adoptive parents they should be set as non-biological and then DNA test connections will not propagate.
