Do you know of Joseph Lyons, who married Barbara Gartman abt.1741 in South Carolina, British Colonies?

Question

Barbara Gartmann of Switzerland married Bartholomew Bartol Gartman . They married 10 Apr 1722 in Neukirch, Graubunden, Switzerland and after he died, about or before 1741, in South Carolina, she married JOSEPH LYONS. I know nothing of him, and nothing  showed up on WikiTree. If you have any information or he is your kinfolks, please let me know so I don't duplicate.  She had children by Bartholomew Gartman who immigrated with them, and birth(s)  after, but I am not sure if she had any with Joseph Lyons.
