Several trees at Ancestry show a Jane Templeton, born around 1790, married Archibald Blair on 28 July 1810 at High Church, Paisley, Renfewshire, Scotland.
It's very likely Jane was born in Scotland.
No trees show parents or a sourced date of birth; it's possible the 'Around 1790' is a guess based on the date of her marriage.
