Why does information added and saved not appear on subsequent visits?

Question

I enter information for spouses and/or children.  The next time I go to add/edit more information, the previous entries are no longer there.  I haved the information and make sure I request that person is "new" rather than entered prevously by someone else.

Hi Cindy,

To add more relatives, you need to visit your profile page, and sign the Honor Code to become a WikiGenealogist. Once you do that, there will be no limitations to which relatives you can add.

That shouldn't be a problem. She's already a Family Member, which allows you to create and edit other profiles. Signing the Honour Code just allows you to also upload GEDCOMs and edit Open profiles without being on the trusted list.
