My great grandmother Phoebe (Dickens) Babcock lived in Delavan, WI. How does she fit into Charles Dickens family tree?

Have you built your tree yet, so that Phoebe has a profile of her own? I don't immediately recall any of his descendants emigrating to Wisconsin, but that's not to say there's nobody.  It would be easier to investigate if you could give some more dates.
