Will keep trying all avenues I know there big family as I have seen a photo with Herbert and Elsie and there children when they were late ages we think picture was in the 1970s area
John do you know where they were living? I'm trying to find them in the Voter's Lists.
Hi Christine

All I know is where they got married and where Elsie was living  at that time which was in Weston remember finding something on county of York

Kind Regards

John
OK, no problem. I though you might know where they were in the 70's! No further luck so far...
Hi

It’s a shame nothing was on the back of the photo , we have asked the older generation of the whole of the family but no luck there , my sister was on a site and seen a gravestone with H Watts on it but the web cut off and not got it back since and that was in Kent county

I have looked at OCFA for Herbert and Elsie. There is a Herbert Franklin buried at Sherman Cemetery in Thamesville, but he died as a baby.

There is a Herbert Watts buried in Leeds County, but that is not him either.

Hi John!

Herbert Watts married Elsie Mills on June 5, 1919 in Weston, Ontario (now part of the city of Toronto).

They appear to have moved to Tilbury Township in Kent County, where they were living for the 1921 Census with their daughter Lillian.

Hi Christine thanks for answering yes had information on date off wedding , but not had anything on children or grandchildren great information on the daughter now to

Look for other children

Thanks

John
Yes, certainly, although there may be few avenues to search.

The 1931 Canada Census will not be released until 2023.

Birth Records (for any children) are only currently available in Ontario up to 1917, which does not help in this case.

I can't seem to find anything further at this point.
OK so I have found Lillian in an Ancestry Family Tree. She appears to have married a Lawrence Shinaver in Michigan, in 1940. I can't see the marriage record but it is attached to the tree.

Do you have an Ancestry membership?
Hi

No don’t have Ancestry membership, was thinking about them so might do that , another link will see what I can get from the Laurence link

Many thanks

Your efforts are truly appreciated

Thanks

OK, I have sent out some messages, let's pray someone actually responds angel

Hi Christine
