Richard's profile currently has no Profile Manager or anyone on his Trusted List. If you are interested in the contents of his profile, the best approach (and the only one guaranteed to result in a change) is to become a Wikitree remember, adopt his profile, and fix it yourself.

I went ahead and adopted poor Richard, the manager-less, because (get this) even though we share a surname, we are related not through THAT side, but my maternal--where the connections go back 300 years or so...
