Where do you find "Pop" in Richard "Dick" Allen's name ? Also, Where did you find the connection of his father and mother being... Alfred Allen and Anna Womack ???? Why I ask is because he is a close relative in my tree. Need some clarification for my tree THANKS

The Richard P "Dick" Allen I am speaking of was born in Tennessee.     Born May 1853  Madison County, Tennessee.  Died March 14 1924 Henderson, Tennessee.  

I seen where someone also listed his parents as Alfred S Allen and mother to be Anna Womack.  According to my families research...This is not correct on his parents. This is why I am wondering where the listed parents came from.

He was an abstract artist which included Pop art and he is included in an article at Wikipedia.
