In doing research today I came across this link of obituaries for Confederate Veterans primarily from The Dillon Herald in South Carolina that have been transcribed. Thought others may find this useful.

My only comment is that this paper is in Dillon, South Carolina, not NORTH. I'd change it but don't know how.

Very good resource! And hope they also mention where they are buried. I have a list of Confederate Soldiers buried in New Mexico that I am slowly moving through and adding profiles for.  Thanks to everyone who cares and creates these pages and lists for soldiers that need to be  remembered on both sides. Also the Spanish American War soldiers.
