Need help please with identifying Military branch, category and WW1 sticker. "Fred" passed away at a Naval hospital. I may have added him to the wrong Category: Army. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

If he died in Naval Hospital,likely he was in Navy.Have someone

check on Fold 3,too see his service record.
