It looks like many other people have added sources to profiles that you created.

To add a source citation from the detailed source window found on family search, you need to expand the 'document information' arrow so you can see 'Citing this Record' and copy what is just below that header and 'paste' it in the wikitree biography following the Sources header, preferably with an asterisk in front of it, so the sources will appear in a bulleted list, making it easier to see each source.

That is the easiest way to add sources to profiles.  I can send you some screenshots also.

On the profile you present here, there is one source cited, for the 1910 Census, and the second item is a line ref to a person, which is apparently you.

The 1910 Census cited is in the standard form seen at and it was placed there, most likely, by the copy and paste method or by drag and drop.

Dragged or copied from the familysearch page for the census and then pasted or dropped into the sources section of the profile

Patricia, it looks to me like some profiles you manage already have sources, so you should be able to duplicate the process you've used for them.

In general, there are two methods of adding sources--in-line citations, or simply listing all the sources in the Sources section.

For the latter, just go into edit mode, find the Sources heading, type an asterisk (for each source; this will create a bullet point), and then describe each source.

If you want to try in-line sourcing, then following the fact that you have a source for, type "<ref>", then describe the source, then type "</ref>".  That will create an in-line source.

You can always view your edits with the Preview option before committing to them.

For more complicated sourcing, you can go into edit mode and view what others have done on various profiles.
