Seeking info on Irish Campbell's, Matthew, Barbara and family in Armagh, Ireland

Question

My Irish brick wall is Matthew and Barbara in Armagh, Ireland.

Matthew-32278, Spouse Barbara-32279, and children Sarah-32283, Ann-32282, Robert-746, William-32281, Barbara-32287, James-32285, Betty-2284 and Matthew-32286. The children all immigrated to Canada at various dates and information on them in Canada is plentiful.

Matthew was born c1775 in Armagh, Barbara c1777 in Ireland is all I have...

It begins with the last/maiden name at birth before the numbered sequence (as reflected below).
