Parents of Susanna (Sager) Washburn b. 1812 in Ontario?

Susan or Susanna (Sager) Washburn is my 3rd GG.  Does anyone have information about her parents?  Susanna was born in Ontario about 1812 according to several census and other records.  Married to Samuel Washburn who was born in New York about 1810.  Later they moved to Antrim county in Michigan.
