Genealogical Connections link

Question

This profile was in my morning EMAIL feed, but there is no "Check your genealogical connections" link at the bottom of the profile.

When I check both of the parents however, there are generational progessions for each one.

I'm trying to understand why. Thanks!

It appeared in your family news because you are following the tag 'Beauregard'. That's what happens when you follow a name - you may get loads of links-to-profiles of people who are not closely related to you.

The reason there is no 'connection to you' is because the profile was only created today (12th) and needs the overnight update before it is connected.

It looks like you just created this profile today, it takes the system about a day to update the connections :)
