Does anyone know of a Richards, possibly Herbert M. Richards, who married Shirley Hale O'Hara around 1942?

My mother was Shirley Hale O'Hara and she married my biological father, Herbert M. Richards in (about) 1942.  My name is Roger and I can be reached at rmaioroff@yahoo.com (RMAIOROFF@YAHOO.COM)  All of this is very interesting to me!  All of this happen when I Googled my mom's name!  My mom was born in Colorado.  I am pretty sure about that.  I was born in Grass Valley, California in the Miner's Hospital on 9/20/42
