Source: Maclean, John, and W. C. Heane, The Visitation of the County of Gloucester, Taken in the Year 1623, by Henry Chitty and John Phillipot as Deputies to William Camden, Clarenceaux Ring of Arms. London:  The Harleian Society, 1885. page 269. Print.

I would have added this myself, but it requires a pre-1500 certification.  I am fairly new with Wikitree and I don't have the certification yet.

Whoever honors this request, please send me an e-mail and I will award a badge such as a Generous Genealogist badge or another similar badge you may prefer.  Thanks.

John, please add pre-1500 tag to the question as this requires a pre-1500 badge to complete.
Someone with pre-1500 certification has thankfully honored my request and has completed this task for me.  Since this matter is now resolved, I hope by choosing the closed option in an update, it will be acceptable and will suffice in preventing anyone else from attempting to help with any further resolution of this matter.  Thanks.

Thanks.  I attempted to award you a generous genealogist badge, but after I completed the form, I was told you were already a recipient.  Thanks again!

To link the two men, just go to the upper right of this page to Find. The Find menu has Connections as the second item. Click on Connections and enter the last name and number as they are in your question.

You will see that the two men are 9 steps apart.
