What is the correct LNAB for Richardis, wife of Otto III von Scheyern

I'm hoping someone can tell me what we should use as the LNAB for Richardis.  We have her brother Poppo as 'Istria'.

Somewhat tricky, since it is today in Croatia it would be Istra, without the i which makes it Italian. However, the Markgrafen von Istrien were a German noble family (von Weimar) and I very much doubt they spoke Croat or Italian. This was essentially a German position as documented by the houses that kept it: Ebersberg, Weimar, Moosburg, Sponheim, Andechs, Wittelsbach. In analogy to Queen Victoria who was called Empress of India, and not in any of the gazillion Indian languages but in English, I would stick with the German family name and title.
