Are there, or could there be, video tutorials?

I would love to see some short video tutorials on the "heart" behind how to use categories and templates, and what "good sources" are vs. "good enough for now sources" vs. "not a source".

ETA:  And by "video" I mean screenshot style videos - not necessarily a talking head...
