Who were the parents of Doll Mansell Smith, grandmother of Elvis Presley?

Question

We know from Gladys Smith Presley's death certificate that her mother's maiden name was Mansell and her father was a Robert Smith. Source: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/QKM9-B7NP

We know from census records that her mother's first name was Doll and the various census records indicate Doll Mansell was born about 1885/6. 

Family tradition and unsourced family trees and unsourced publications claim Doll was:

1. A nickname for Octavia Lucena
2. Daughter of A[bner] W[hite] Mansell and Martha Tackett

But we find no child of this Mansell/Tackett family that matches Doll.

I wonder if anyone would be willing to order (and pay for) the Mississippi death certificate for Doll Mansell Smith?

Kathie just informed me that to obtain any vital records from Mississippi, you have to share a copy of some sort of ID and indicate how you are related to the person whose record you are requesting.   It would be great if a descendant would do this. Thanks.

These are the censuses that A.W. (whose name is wrong in almost every one) and his family appear on:

A.W. and wife appear in 1870:  “Marshall White” and wife “Murtha”

In 1880:  Whti. Mansell, Martha, Melissa, Ida, Lucy, and James; family also includes mother, two sisters, an aunt, and two nieces

In 1900: Mansil White, Ada [Ada is not the Ida from 1880; Ida was married in 1892] , Sim, Elmer, and Jehue, niece Lou (same age as daughter Lucy in 1880 - same person or different?)

In 1910: A. W. Mancill, Neely (2nd wife), Jehue, step-daughter Annie Kemp

Per Find-a-Grave he died in 1925  - Neely is on the 1930 census living with daughter Annie and her husband.

Is this her? perhaps a transcription error should be Luvy instead of Lucy?

"Lucy" is ten years older than "Doll."  If it was just one census, I'd say it's an error, but the three censuses that include Doll - 1910, 1920, and 1930 - all say she was born 1885-86.

Supporting the theory that Doll Mancell who married Robert Smith was the same as Octavia Luvenia "Lucy" Mancell, daughter of A. White Mancell (a family unit supported by the 1880 census), is the appearance of A.W. Mancill a few lines below Doll and Robert in Pontotoc Mississippi in 1910.
