Source that was posted to this profile did not have a live link to the FS record, so I added one that does and added day and month to the birth and death.  He died a few weeks old.

He has a brother born a few years later  https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Adams-40174

Thank you, Patricia Roche.  I mistook this Phillip Adams for a different Phillip Adams.  This helped me get back on track.

I have no sources, except information posted at FamilySearch (unsourced), and that Adams-31223 was a person and didn't die the year he was born.
Pre-1700 profiles require proper sources.
