I'm looking for info on the life of William Sinclair of Estaquoy-1766 in Harray,before he came to Canada

I'm a blood descendent of his and I have everything I need to know of his life and family, leading up to me, in Canada, but ZERO on his life in Scotland! Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

WILLIAM SINCLAIR (3) born about 1760; married in 1789 Jean Tulloch of Moen in Harray. He resided in Conyar until November 1805, when he and his family removed to "The House of Howe" in the district or township of Bimbuster, Harray
