This record states that Margaret's parents were both born in Germany. I would check for Brindle's born in Germany who are living in Indiana in the 1850 census. You will have to be careful of the ages. I saw a Frederick Brindle in Clark County, Indiana who was the right age to be a brother to Margaret.
