I have a profile of someone named Jack T. - [who is now deceased ] problem was when I made a profile of his son who has same name & is alive - now some of info on father has been added to son`s profile & vice versa -[ it also shows that son has a partner ]which is incorrect -& worse shows that partner is his mom -which I cannot remove or delete

should I just delete both profiles & start over - I am so confused & have worked on this for a few days - I also have same mixup in My Heritage                martha

You can't delete the profiles but you can remove the incorrect information from them.  That would essentially enable you to start over, wouldn't it?

so how do I remove the incorrect information - I have been trying to do that  for a few days now - so can you explain it to me please -from martha
Please give me a profile number.  It is very hard to describe in the abstract.
In general, just go to a profile, click on "edit," and change or delete whatever you need to.

When you are in Edit mode of the profile with the improper 'relationships', you can look on the right side of the profile. Parents, siblings, spouses and children will have an option to 'replace / remove'.  Once that is selected, either select the 'remove' link at the top next to 'add/replace' or scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see 'Remove' with the person and relationship.  Selecting that will remove that relationship.
