Have I the correct Henry lord Sinclair?

The bio of this Henry Sinclair indicates that his daughter "Helen, married (contract dated 5 November 1570), Andrew Kinninmont of that Ilk, she died before 19 March 1580 without issue"

I am getting ready to add Margaret as a spouse of [Wemyss-139]:
"James, the eldest son and apparent heir of Sir James of Bogie  married Margaret, daughter of Andrew Kinninmonth of that ilk, by Helen his wife, daughter of Henry lord Sinclair, and by her he had three sons and one daughter" <ref> <i> The Baronage of Scotland, Containing an Historical and Genealogical Account of the Gentry of that Kingdom </i> by Sir Robert Douglas of Glenbervie, Edinburgh, 1798, page 561</ref>

The section about Helen Sinclair comes from The Scots Peerage, vol. 7, p. 575 and the same work has James Wemyss, marrying Margaret Kinninmonth daughter of Andrew Kinninmonth of that Ilk by his second wife Cecilia Wemyss.  This is in vol. 8, p. 494 over the page on p. 497 it has Cecilia's marriage to Andrew Kinninmonth and secondly to William Learmonth of Clatto.

Although some of the information in The Scots Peerage is unsourced, it is the revised edition of Sir Robert Douglas' version and I would say the preferred volumes.  The contract date of Margaret Kinninmonth's proposed marriage is dated 14 March 1612 and would indicate that she was the daughter of the second marriage, and not born 1580 or earlier.
