Can anyone help find Theresa Martinez's parents?

Can anyone help find the parents of my great great grandmother, Theresa (Chauvin) Martinez? I've searched all I can & that's not a lot. She was born 3/15/1877 in Plattenville, Assumption Parish, LA. She was married twice; first to Adam Albarado/Albarada (surname could have been either one of those variations), & second to my great great grandfather, William Davis Martinez. He went by Davis, so anyone who searches for Theresa might have better luck if they use Davis Martinez instead of William Davis. Theresa had 2 children with Adam: Orlen & Eddie. And she had 6 with Davis: Clovise, Joseph, George, William, Sidney, & Bertha. She died 6/6/1956 in Plaquemine, Iberville Parish, LA. & was buried in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church cemetery in Plaquemine, LA.

I found a death record for Theresa on familysearch.org some time ago. However, it does not list parents names & there is no digital copy of the death certificate. Her maiden name on the record is spelled Chouvin. And it only lists the surname for father's name.
I believe Theresa could be a sister of her second husband's (Davis) brother's (Adam) wife, Anita Ann Chauvin Martinez. Anita's father's name was Joe Chauvin. His name could have been Joseph. Also, I found an obit record for an Evelyn Chauvin Verret that listed a sister, Theresa Martinez, living in Plaquemine at the time of Evelyn's death in 1951. I was thinking that Evelyn, Anita, & Theresa could all be siblings.

And before searching, please take a look at Theresa's profile; as there has been a change to her name since I asked this question. The addition to her name could help in researching parents.
Since I live in NC, someone living in Louisiana might have better luck with finding Theresa's parents. Maybe they could find the death certificate & see if it lists anything for parents. Any information that's found for parents &/or siblings will be greatly appreciated.

Her full name is Victoria Theresa (Chauvin) Albarado Martinez. A sister is most likely Evelyn (Chauvin) Verret. Unless/until proven wrong, I'll be making a profile for Evelyn & linking her to Theresa as a sibling.

Her marriage is on familysearch.org which is a free site. There may be more records there also

"Louisiana Parish Marriages, 1837-1957," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QPM9-4XQN : 15 May 2018), Davis Martinez and Thereza Chauvin Albarada, 14 Sep 1901; citing Ascension, Louisiana, United States, various parish courthouses, Louisiana; FHL microfilm 343,437.

I've tried FamilySearch multiple times in the past. I haven't been able to find anything on my own. And FamilySearch is where I got her marriage info for her & Davis.
I provided the marriage source as it doesn’t appear on the profile.

I found this and am wondering if there was a mistranscription? Mother’s name Theresa Shaving

"Louisiana Parish Marriages, 1837-1957," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QKJZ-HCDF : 13 March 2018), Adam Albarada in entry for Eddie Albarada and Frankie Johnson Williams, 05 Apr 1943; citing Orleans, Louisiana, United States, various parish courthouses, Louisiana; FHL microfilm 2,320,611.

With that marriage record, there is a mistranscription. Her name on that record should be Chauvin. But the Eddie Albarada in the record is Theresa's son.

And the marriage source doesn't appear on Theresa's WikiTree profile because I didn't add it. I don't know why I didn't.
