Realistically, how long does it usually take to open a public profile? [closed]

Almost 2 weeks ago I lodged an unresponsive profile manager form which covered 2 issues for profiles by the same unresponsive manager - first was a simple one - opening a public profile so I can make edits/provide sources. 2nd one is definitely trickier & either won't happen due to policy or will take longer (involves a Private profile that probably shouldn't be - I suspect birth date is 100 years out because parents were long dead at the claimed date). Without going into the specifics of the profiles & manager here, how long should the first one take?

If 2 weeks for the first one is unusual, can an admin PM me so I can get specific?

I think it can take that long, particularly since the people have been to RootsTech.
