ellen layette philbrick conant was my father's (roger francis conant) paternal grandmother.  my father's father was ralph p. conant, who was married to ella wixon (sometimes spelled as wixson).

Holly Lu Rees, you are a PM, this is an Open File (Ellen's) and you should be able to add the son (your grandfather Ralph) to this line and should be able to provide documentation that directly ties Roger to Ellen ... and a like documentation to tie Ralph to Roger and one to tie you to Roger
