My Sweetman family came to the US directly from Wales in 1912 and ultimately from Ireland. I'd love to collaborate with anyone else who is researching the Sweetman surname

My mother's Ggrandmother, Hester Georgina Ann Sweetman (1865-1948), was the daughter of Luke Sweetman (c.1831-1871) and Martha Roycroft (1834-1912) of Skibbereen, County Cork. Hester Sweetman married John Samuel Spiller in Calgary Alberta. Her siblings, Edward John, George Thomas, and Martha Lucinda emigrated to Queensland Australia.
