She was born 1774 in South Carolina Colony. She passed away 1850 in Ragland, St. Clair, Alabama. Wife of Henry Box Sr. (1770-1845); Mother of Henry Box Jr. (1796-1864); Grandmother of Levina Box (1824-1901); Great Grandmother of James Malcolm Phillips (1868-1950); Great Great Grandmother of Charles Grant Phillips (1886-1978).

She is the daughter of Lt. Joseph Alexander Adair Jr. and Sarah Dillard Adair.
