Private Benjamin Adams served with Middlesex County Militia, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.

Served in the Revolutionary War in Capt. Samuel Douglass's company, Col. James Prescott's regiment, which marched on the alarm of April 19, 1775. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

Benjamin Adams was born in 1752 in Townsend, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony, son of Capt. Daniel Adams Jr. and Kezia (Brooks) Adams. ^[4]

Benjamin married Mary Stone. ^[4]
