Biography
Edith ADKINS is a native of Milford, Ellis Co., TX. She moved to Denton, TX to attend North Texas State College. She later moved to Dallas, TX and joined the Cliff Temple Baptist Church there. She met her husband and later joined the Calvary Baptist Church of Oak Cliff. She worked in the church office for 2 years. She later worked at Goodwill Industries of Dallas where she worked until her husband was transferred by his company to Houston, TX.
