William Alburie was an early or significant Bermudan.

William Alburie was born about 1620 and lived at Lock's Farm, near Wokingham, Berkshire, England. At age 15, he embarked from Gravesend, Kent, east of London on 30 September, 1635 on the ship Dorset, bound for Bermuda.[1] In 1650 Captain Willliam Albrurie/Albury sailed from Bermuda to Harbour Island, Eleuthera on the yacht Gertrude.
