Biography

Otis Wayne Allen Sr. was born 18 Oct 1913, in Brightwater, Benton, Arkansas. His parents were James Allen and Hazel (Hays) Allen. He married Dora "Bea" Hurst and they had two children.

He was a WWII Navy veteran who served on Guam during WWII.

After his years in service, Otis worked as a plumber. Otis passed away in 1986 at the age of 72 and is buried at Forsyth Co., North Carolina. He is fondly remembered by his children and grandchildren and dearly missed. [1]
