Biography

Walter Anderson was born on 2 July 1848 in Selkirk, Selkirkshire, Scotland, the son of Sarah (Emond) Anderson and George Anderson.

In 1851, he was living in Selkirk.[1]

Walter migrated to Australia, arriving in Geelong, Victoria on 21 February 1855.[2]

He married Jane Wilkinson in 1875 in Victoria.[3] Their children were:[citation needed]

Walter died on 15 July 1915 in Buangor, Victoria, aged 67 years.[4]
