Biography
Barbara is believed to have been born about 1785 in Virginia. She was the daughter of Frederick Andes and Barbara Rader.
It is believed that she married Elijah Fine on October 15, 1805 in Washington County, Tennessee.
She passed away before 1859 in Washington County, Tennessee as she is listed in Tennessee, Wills and Probate Records, 1779-2008 database using data from Washington County, Tennessee Will Books, 1779-1858. [1]
