Biography
Anna Catharina Appenseth was born about 1718 in Germany. She married Carlen Helwig about 1741 Together they had 3 children.
Adam Peter Helwig was born in Kriegsfeld, Pfalz, Deutschland in 1745. His brother Charles, who may have been born Carlen was born about 1748, also in Germany. They also had a daughter who was born between 1749-1750, so it is possible she was born in Germany. It would appear Anna Catarina may have died before 1751 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania , but no records have been found. It is also possible she died in Germany and did not make the journey. Research is on-going.
