In 1780, she married Ephraim Williams[1], son of Benoni Williams and Abigail Smith of Scituate. Together they had four children: Diana, b. probably about 1782; Caleb born about 1796; Patience; and Benoni.
Patience applied for a widow's pension based on Ephraim's Revolutionary War service in 1776 as a private in Col. Archibald McCrory's Regiment. She received those benefits starting March 1848, and was listed on the 1850 United States Federal Census living in Foster, Rhode Island in the household of her son, Caleb.[2]
