Biography
Dorothy was born in 1907 in Cass county, Iowa.[1] She was the daughter of Charles Asay and Avis Petty.
She moved with her parents to Saskatchewan, Canada.
She married Everett Eugene Bates in Hawarden, Saskatchewan, Canada on 09 Jul 1933. They had two children.
She passed away in 2000.
