Alison was born Alison May Atkins on the 27th of April,1895, at Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia. the 1st of 2 children of Edward Atkins and Mina Mains.[1]
At 26, in 1921, she married Douglas Francis Bowhill at Ashfield, New South Wales, Australia and they had 3 children.[2]
At 54, she died on the 19th of June, 1949, at Burwood, New South Wales, Australia.[3][citation needed]
