Biography

Johnathan was born in 1722. He was the son of Caleb Ayars and Patience Brooks. He passed away in 1782.[1][2]

How reliable is the privately printed Vineland, New Jersey books?

There was a problem with one of my ancestors listed in the book of Ayars in Norway, Michigan yet the Norway Heritage website persons gave me sources particularly of immigration from Norway the country.

If I enter data from Family Search and Genealogy.com, where there are persons with recent documentation of individuals, is this an equivalent? I should think this the case. Just because the source link is less than does not mean it less valuable. Right?

Ayars-122 and Ayars-38 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth date, same wife. Parents are different. Per sources (see below) Jonathan is the sone of Caleb and Patience Ayars.
