DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Anne by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Anne:

Anne Ayers is my 6th great-grandmother through my mothers line. My grandmother was a Quesenberry, her mother was a Mitchell, her mother was a Phillips, her mother was a Nester, her mother was a Huett (Hughett), her mother was a Goad, her mother was Anne Ayers married to Abraham Goad. My son did a DNA test with 23andme which showed his father's Haplogroup and mine (his mother) Haplogroup H4a. Anne Ayers is my 6TH great grandmother through her female line. I had taken another DNA test myself through another testing group and have found their information not correct. This is a update to correct that statement and Haplogroup line.
Just a note: Created 1849 from Anderson, Campbell, Fentress, and Morgan counties; named in honor of Winfield Scott, Scott county did not exist, as such, until after 1840. I believe Anne was buried in what was the southern portion of Scott County which was Anderson county.
